It is near a shopping arcade, with cinemas and nightclubs. The newly opened restaurant "Tour Eiffel Cafe", overlooking the Seine, serves high-standard French cuisine, and the "Benkay" serves authentic, fine Japanese cuisine. There is also the lounge bar "The Seine" which is an elegant place where you can enjoy a drink in a cozy atmosphere. Built in 1970, this is a modern, high-rise building. The lobby is one of the most spacious in Paris, with elegant marble floors. The public areas are modern, and decorated and furnished to high standards.
