Stay at the Hotel Central Bastille, Paris when you travel to the City of Lights. This small economic hotel is ideally located in central Paris just off the Place de la Bastille and is a little gem among budget hotels in Paris. The Hotel Central Bastille offers 22 comfortable guest rooms, all with private bathrooms with showers. A night watchman provides security and help in emergencies. The fresh breakfast, served between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m., includes a hot drink, orange juice, bread, butter, jam, and pastries. The hotel is well located in the Bastille area, a 3 minute walk from the July Column (Colonne de Juillet), commemorating the revolution of July 1830, in the famous square called the Place de la Bastille. Also in the immediate area are the Bastille Opera, home of the Paris Opera, and the marina called the Bassin de l'Arsenal (or sometimes the Port de l'Arsenal). A 10 minute walk to the northwest of the hotel are the planned square called the Place des Vosges and the Victor Hugo House museum. The Paris Metro station closest to the Hotel Central Bastille is the Bastille station, on lines 1, 5, and 8.
